An hourly fee of $25 will be implemented for use of the facility outside of normal operating hours. For the purposes of this fee, normal operating hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m., excluding SWOSU holidays. The holiday schedule may be viewed here.
The cost to rent the entire building per day is $450.
Redbud Hall is a very versatile room in which is able to host a variety of events, from banquets to wedding receptions.Amenities include an in room Laptop with a wireless mouse, newly updated AV system with multi-source AV inputs (LCD projector, DVD, VHS, CD, Wireless Mic),high speed wireless internet access, as well as audio and video equipment with Zoom Conference capabilities. It seats 114 people with tables and chairs or 180 people with chairs only. Redbud Hall is 1665 Sq. Ft., and it rents $265 perday.
The Mesquite Room is a great for small training sessions, meetings and breakouts. It is equipped with three 52” Flat panel TV’s with connections to a Laptop, LCD Projector, DVD, CD & VHS players there are also 2 cameras and 4 ceiling microphones compatible for Zoom Conferencing. Depending on the setup, the Mesquite Room can hold up to 27 people. The room is 575 square feet and rents for $165 per day.
The Oak Room is a space best used for a breakout session or small meeting. It is furnished with a large oak table that seats 8 people. The room rents for $50 per day.
The lobby area is generally used for registration, handouts, and directions to breakout areas for the current event. Equipped with a flat panel TV monitor, this gives audio and visual access to everything happening inside of the Redbud Hall.
The outdoor deck is a versatile spot for any weather-permitting events. It has a built in kitchenette, and ground plug-ins for our 4 rollaway TV’s which connect to surround sound speakers. This space rents for $180 per day.
